BY SUBMITTING THE VIDEO, IMAGES, SOUNDS AND/OR LIVE-STREAM (COLLECTIVELY, “VIDEO CONTENT”), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE VIDEO AND IMAGES SUBMISSION TERMS. These Submission Terms are incorporated into, and subject to, the Reolink Terms & Conditions. To the extent that these Video and Image Submission Terms conflict with our Terms & Conditions, these Video and Image Submission Terms shall apply.
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. The Video Content you have submitted, are submitting, or plan to submit may contain personal data or special categories of personal data (such as facial images) subject to additional compliance requirements. By submitting the Video Content and taking part in the contest, you, at your discretion, choose to make personal data or special categories of personal data contained therein publicly searchable or available by other people. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
To submit the Video Contents and Images, you agree that your submission conforms to the Guidelines and Restrictions detailed below. Reolink may choose to remove any Video Contents and Images if we believe that your submission fails to conform with the Guidelines and Restrictions.
a. Your Video Contents and Images must not supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information.
b. Your Video Contents and Images must be your original creation and be owned 100% by you, or, alternatively you must have the full rights to grant the license and other rights that you grant to Reolink elaborated below.
c. Your Video Contents and Images must not (in Reolink’s discretion): (i) violate any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademark rights, or rights of privacy and publicity; (ii) contain disparaging or defamatory statements; (iii) include threats to any person, place, business, or group; (iv) be obscene, profane, offensive, or indecent; (v) depict any risky behavior; (vi) contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm, against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and/or (vii) contain unauthorized third-party trademarks, slogans, or logos or otherwise indicates sponsorship or endorsement by a third party.
By submitting the Video Content and Image you grant Reolink Innovation Limited (“Reolink”) and its assignees, licensees, successors in interest, legal representatives and heirs a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, sub-licensable, transferable, royalty-free, and fully paid-up right and license to use, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, transmit, stream, broadcast, publicly perform, reference, store, cache, license, transfer and otherwise exploit (including through its distribution channels) the Video Content and Images for promotional and marketing purposes. You hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the Video Content and Images or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with such content now or in the future and you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the Video Content and Images.
You hereby make all warranties, representations and guarantees with respect to the Video Content and Images that you make with respect to Content as defined in the Reolink Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to a representation and warranty that any Video Content and Image is original to you and does not infringe or violate the intellectual property rights or proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy, or other rights of any third party.
You represent and warrant that you have received and will maintain the necessary consents, permissions and approvals from the owner(s) of any premises where the camera will be used and from anyone who appears in or is heard in any of your Video Content and Images.
By clicking " I own this video and agree to Reolink Video Submission Terms", you represent and warrant that you have full power and authority to agree to these Video Submission Terms, including without limitation the power and authority to grant all rights and licenses relating to the Video Content and Images. It is at the discretion of Reolink to decide whether and how to use the Video Content and Images.
