To reset the Reolink CX820, locate the reset button on the camera body (usually near the microSD card slot or cable junction). Make sure the camera is powered on, then press and hold the reset button for about 10–15 seconds until you hear a voice prompt or see the device restart.
After the reset, the camera will return to factory settings and you will need to re-add it in the Reolink app to set up Wi-Fi, password, and other preferences again.
