Bought RLK8-811B4-A on black friday. Love the system. Lots of work to wire it up. System setup was really easy. Just have to get everything tuned right to minimize non wanted motion events. Love the system and would highly recommend.

I have owned this for over 2 months now and I would say it is a excellent purchase. I setup 3 cams on the NVR and the features etc on the NVR are perfect! I have also insyalled a external 8TB on the NVR and it recorded 2 month - two of my front cams record 24-7 and the garage cam is only recording in motion alerts. I would highly recommended this brand to anyone!! The pic attached are from the app and the short video is via app.

I've been using this system for just a few days, so It's not a long-term use review. But, from what I've been able to see the system works great, it does exactly what you'd need to be done by a security camera system, and I have to give a special thanks to the Reolink support. I got in touch with them with 10 questions and got like 11 fast replies. Thank you very much to Ms. Evelina from Reolink support.
If I had to give a suggestion to Reolink I would only say:
- Insert into the app a customizable "Arm" - "de-arm" button. It is possible to be done with the shortcuts on the app, so not a big issue, but calling it as an actual function of the sustem would surely make it more interesting for a lot of users.
- Insert in future projects of cameras a screw on the joint that handles the vertical movement of the camera. The current one is solid, but having a screw that frees the movement and then blocks it when the screw is tightened wuould make it more reliable during long term installation outdoor.

I have purchased two of this system for my house and my parents house. My parents have been using the Reolink system almost a year now with zero issues. I just installed one in my house two weeks ago. A prefect plug-in-play system for both home users and IT enthusiasts. The only hard part was actually installing Cat6 cable in my old house. The Reolink setup itself is so easy. I highly recommend it.

I finally trashed my Nest cameras, and was looking for something that I controlled. I found this system and love it! I'm at 13 cameras now, and the neighbors all come to me when they want to know something. Would buy it again!

After struggling for 9 years with 2 different GW Security systems, and 4 user interfaces, I have finally found the best in system in Reolink. Installation was a breeze. Once I hit the power button, the instructions were easy and flawless. I purchased an RLK16-200B8-A system with an additional DUO 3 16MP camera through Amazon. Wow, the pictures are incredible. Thank you Reolink.

Just installed and got this up and running this weekend (12/16/22) and its a huge upgrade to my old system to which I bought at Sam's Club. This was a good investment for the price. I am new to the PoE technology and so glad I made the choice. The only difficult time I had was choosing a good PoE switch that would give the power and feed needed. There are LOTS of brands out there for PoE Switches and glad I chose the one I have. Works flawlessly with no issues. The PoE technology is a game changer instead of running ethernet cables all the way to the NVR. Software on the NVR is smooth and semi easy to navigate. The only real issues I have come across was setting up the "Email Notifications". I set up a new Gmail account for just the system and it wont allow me to use it saying "Unknown Error 480". Then I tried with a Yahoo email account that is older, has worked on every device with no issues and the NVR is telling me "Device Network Connection Failed 483". I have contacted Reolink Support to see what this is about but its not a big deal at the moment as I have notifications enabled on my iPhone which works good. I suspect getting mobile notifications and emails would be a bit too much so I am in no hurry for the email notifications issue to be resolved. The quality of the video fees is very nice, both day and night. Spot lights are super awesome and boy they are bright. I registered the system and the system warranty is 2 years 6 month which is another reason I chose Relolink. The quality of the camera's are heavy and solid as a rock. Outside casing of the cameras are metal and very nicely done. I know its only been a few days since my system has been up and running but I am loving it so far. Clarity, smoothness, spotlights, the loud alarm (if you have it enabled) all tie in together to make a great system. impossible to get support. I don't know why you quit emailing me back. There's no chat or phone number, just email when you feel like responding. You owe me my money back or 2 rlc-810a cameras for replacement as you promised.

I purchased the RLK8-800B4 on Nov 29, 2020.
I also purchased 2 add-on D800 cameras from Reolink for my system.
I ordered everything late November 2020
Update (1/8/2020) (updated to 3 stars)
Upon review on Amazon and on the Reolink website, Reolink sales has been in contact with me via e-mail. They have been very helpful. Reolink has a support portal where you can communicate with support. At some point they started communicating with me through this portal. The sales rep took pictures of the support team's notifications. The problem was that I did not have access to this portal as you must request a password with Reolink support. I don't know how many times I requested a password through the site and with support, but one never came through my email. The sales rep and I over several days discovered that my email provider blocked their IP address where the password would be sent through. That would have never been discovered if the sales rep did not take the time to talk to her IT people and email providers the past few days. My email provider said they would unblock Reolink's IP address that I provided them. It will just take up to 48 hrs. I will hopefully be able to obtain a password and access the Reolink support portal.
In the mean time I have received my 2 cameras that I had returned through the RMA process. I received those on 1/6/2020.
I will give the support a total of 4 stars. It would be 5 if they had a better stream lined support system. Daisy, the sales rep, deserves a 5 for taking the time over multiple days to communicate with me (from China).
However, for the product itself I stand be a 2 star because of the motion notification system being worthless without a person or vehicle detection to filter out the false alerts.

We are sorry if any inconvenience caused by our service. I just looked over all the conversation between you and our support team, I noticed that 2 new RLC-810A have been shipped (as replacement of 2 D800 for the order 1186134) dated December 18th.
May I confirm if you did not get a new replacement/refund for the order on Amazon? If so, please provide the order number to our support team by email, we will transfer the case to the Amazon team to follow up.
