I love almost everything about it! Reolink has done an exceptional job with the App, Client ware software and the general layout. The app runs smoothly on all my devices and is very easy to navigate. Having more options on the client ware on PC is great to have when I want to get more into the settings. The actual cameras have great build quality and image quality. I do have a little bit of degradation at night but that is due to my outside lights pointing in the direction of the cameras and not the cameras themself. Reolink has great tech support and answers emails within a day. They have helped me out multiple times with questions and tech support, they are always friendly and make sure to answer all questions.
My only complaint is a big one for me. The NVR system has no real way to connect it to an HD Smart TV (without HDMI, using the network). Reolink has NO app currently for smart in the smart tv world that will work. Some people have some crazy workarounds like streaming with DNLA from a remote computer or using Tinycam. But no actual Reolink connection is available. We live in a smart screen world and this is a BIG negative for me. I have verified this with the Reolink tech department and it sounds as if they are not even close to making this happen. SO if this is a must for you look elsewhere as it's not possible right now. Very disappointing on that front.
But, that being said I do love the system and the capabilities of it, I would recommend it but wish it had TV integration without HDMI.
Would be 5 stars if Smart TV worked hand down.

According to the instructions provided, installation is very simple, the camera is easy to install, and the POE requires only one cable per camera.The only additional purchase is a weatherproof junction box to ensure that all connections remain IP rated.

Un ensemble qu'il faut mettre au point après beaucoup d'essais, la documentation en Fran?ais est réduite.
Le support Reolink est présent mais ne répond pas vraiment à des questions précises, les échanges utilisent des traductions automatiques qui manquent de précisions. Il m'a toutefois permis de réaliser une mise à jour des Firmware, en confiance, des caméras et du NVR.
La qualité d'image est correcte, surtout de jour mais la finesse de détection et son mode ne permettent pas une utilisation efficace des alertes en extérieure. ( à réserver en intérieure )
Le moindre nuage, le moindre changement de luminosité, la moindre plante qui bouge, le moindre animal provoque une alerte alors que le seuil de détection est en dessous de 25/50 ? à quoi cela correspond' il ?.
Les erreurs de traduction du logiciel ne facilitent pas les réglages (ex. : min ou seconde ?, Fluide ou Effacer ?)
Une traduction complète en vrai Fran?ais serait un avantage.
Néanmoins, je ne regrette pas mon investissement qui permet de rassurer et suivre à distance l'évolution de la situation. Je pense à compléter mon achat mais la compatibilité du NVR avec les autres marques n'est pas assurée.
J'aimerais également visionner les caméras sur ma TV à distance mais je manque là aussi d'information claire pour tenter l'aventure.
L'application Téléphone est bien pratique mais pour une bonne perception des détails, le PC convient mieux.
Les réglages faits sur l'un ou l'autre sont communs mais l'interface est différente.
Les réglages avec souris et TV sur sortie HDMI directe permet une grande précision pour la définition des zones de détection.
Petit à petit on arrive à optimiser le fonctionnement.
Si seulement la détection en extérieur pouvait bénéficier d'une analyse plus poussée des images.
Ce produit mériterait une meilleure note si l'on considère sa simplicité d'installation et que l'on peut espérer une évolution des algorithmes de détection.

I’ve been using this camera for over a month now, and I’m quite satisfied with it. I have the camera setup with a 256GB SD card for onboard storage and it has been perfectly stable while recording over 50GB of video. The video quality has been great.

The best feature has to be the person and vehicle alerts. The fact that this camera does the detection onboard is a big plus for security. The alerts are accurate with only a few false detections, normally around sunrise and sunset. My dog was also getting identified as a person, but decreasing the sensitivity of the motion detection mostly eliminated those alerts.

The night vision does seem like it could work out to 100ft, but only in the center of the view as the IR lights seem to be focused there. Adjusting the camera's position so the IR light didn't hit the eaves didn't make a difference.

In testing with Blue Iris, the RTSP main and sub streams worked as expected. These allowed me to have a high quality main stream for when motion was detected, and a 24/7 sub stream at a lower quality to reduce unnecessary storage usage. The resolution, bit rate, and frame rate for both streams were customizable.

The only annoyance I've noticed is that the motions zones for alerts appear to be ignored, but I’d expect that can be fixed in a future update. In my case, I set it to not alert me about motion in the street, but the alerts still got pushed. I like this camera and plan on picking up at least one more for more coverage.

Für den Preis ein Top Set. Vergleichbare Überwachungssets über POE wurden mit über 1500€ angeboten.

Softwareseitig kann man es ja gar nicht mehr eine Installation nennen. Man steckt den Stecker in die entsprechende Dose und das System läuft. Die Auflösung der Kamera ist ebenfalls gut.

Hardware-Installation:
Was aber echt "pain in the ass" ist:
Ich habe die Kamera mit einem Sockel ( Pfa134 Anschlussdose für Dahua Bullet und Dome Kameras.) an die Hauswand (mit Styropor gedämmt, verputzt) installiert. Die Anschlussdose ist echt groß, aber die festinstallierte Kabelinstallation der Kamera (Resetknopf und Stromanschluss) ist so mächtig, dass es knapp war den ganzen Blödsinn mit in in der Anschlussdose unterzubringen. Finally hat es funktioniert.

Wenn man die Kameras aber über POE installiert, ist es echt nervig, weil man Resetknopf und Stromanschluss nicht benötigt. Nur der Netzwerkanschluss ist wichtig. Hier kann man gerne nachbessern !

Für den Preis würde ich es aber wiederkaufen.

I am very satisfied with this reolink ai nvr. It took around 5 days to delivery and it came without any damage. After unboxing, I setup up the whole system with only 2 hours. All the functions are working well. I hope in the next 5 years I don't need to change my nvr system.

I replaced an absolutely horrible Lorex system with the RLK8-800B4 system. Installation and setup was a breeze. Getting the system to work on an IMac, a couple of iPads and an iPhone was seamless. It just sees itself and works. Picture quality is superb. Playback is easy. Very happy customer

The cameras are well-made and super easy to install. Configuring the NVR is easy even for first-time users. The smart detection is not 100% accurate but it greatly reduces moving tree branches and sunlight notifications.
Video quality is quite good, even at night. I appreciate Reolink a lot because it is always listening to customers and offers continous firmware updates. Would consider a second and third purchase.

The cameras are waterproof and I installed it on a wall without eaves for a week without any problems.At the beginning, there were many false alarms in vehicle detection. Later, I asked support, and they sent me the firmware to solve the problem.Now they work very well.

Believe this is the smallest PoE camera in Reolink's outdoor model.The picture quality of 5MP is very clear.Plug and play, very convenient.I added it to a mobile app and a PC client, and now I can check on my home from tens of kilometers away.The only downside is that the camera doesn't seem to be able to be shared individually with others.If I want to share, I have to share all the cameras on the NVR.

upgraded from the none AI model and it works as expected. The UI is improved and looks exactly like the App UI. The AI is based on the cameras so my old cameres are still sending false alerts. Maybe I need to replace all my old reolink camera with their newest ones.

The cams work very well, the daytime video is excellent, the night vision surprised me even more: they need little light to have the image, and the IR light allows you to record even in total darkness situations.
The NVR is compact, but it has all the features you need: it contains a 2TB Seagate disk, with the possibility of adding another one with a SATA connection (but externally powered). The software is OK: live view of the 4 cameras, search for recordings, etc. Ability to determine the active areas of motion detection, and even the sensitivity in 4 different time slots. At the moment I haven't connected it to the router yet so I can't say about the remote control features.

Impressed with the features, quality and the NVR. Cameras both during the day and in the evening/night razor-sharp image. 2TB disk more than enough for 1 to 2 weeks of full time recording with sound from all four cameras. So price-quality is a top.

Ich hatte ein paar Reolink-Kameras und habe sowohl die 5MP- als auch die 8MP-AI-Kamera ausprobiert. Ich bin wirklich beeindruckt. Sie funktionieren nahtlos in Verbindung mit meinem neuen NVR (N2MB02-Modell) oder nur auf einer SD-Karte, die über einen POE-Injektor verbunden ist.

Dies trägt wesentlich dazu bei, diese lästigen Fehlalarme von Spinnen, Baumschatten usw. zu minimieren und zu beseitigen. Keine KI ist "perfekt" und es gibt gelegentlich Fehlalarme oder fehlende Erkennung, obwohl dies sehr selten ist.

Das Reolink Support-Team ist auch fantastisch für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen. Ich habe einige Vorschläge und Änderungen per E-Mail gesendet und sie haben sie bereits integriert.

Il prodotto si presenta bene e le telecamere sembrano ben fatte. Peccato che il mio NVR non ha mai funzionato, o meglio, ogni 1/2 minuti dall'accensione si riavviava autonomamente senza motivo apparente. Contattata l'assistenza, peraltro pronta e efficiente, ho provato a seguire le loro indicazioni, staccare l'Hdd, ripristinare le impostazioni di fabbrica, ecc. Nulla. Reso senza problemi.

Wir haben neben den 4 RLC-510A eine WLan Kamera RLC-510WA eingebunden da wir an einem Platz kein Netzwerkkabel verlegt hatten.
Alles wird über den Reolink NVR problemlos aufgezeichnet sofern das Netzwerk auch schnell genug ist.
Ist das Netzwerk zu langsam, wir hatten den NVR über einen zu langsamen WLAN Repaeter angeschossen gab es immer wieder aussetzer bei der Aufzeichnung. Dies wurde durch einen GB Switch behoben, alles läuft perfekt.
Auch die Aufzeichnung auf eine 2. externe Platte läuft Problemlos.
Versehentlich wurde auf die RLC-510WA die neuste Firmware der RLC-510A aufgespielt was auch problemlos funktionierte, danach gab es aber kein WLan mehr.
Der Support (Olivia) konnte hier schnell Abhilfe schaffen und hat uns die richtige FW geschickt (ist nicht auf der Support Seite). Generell findet man die Reolink RLC-510WA nicht im Supportbereich oderVertrieb.
1 Stern Abzug da nach dem FW Update alle Einstellungen neu gemacht werden müssen.

Comprei este sistema para complementar uma configuração minha existente. Agora lamento que tenha comprado a configuração antes. O sistema Reolink é mais barato e melhor do que o produto anterior da outra marca em quase todos os sentidos. As câmaras custam muito menos do que o antigo e não há taxas de cloud ou outros encargos recorrentes porque o armazenamento é local no gravador de vídeo fornecido. O acesso local Reolink é tão fácil.
Tenho câmaras da série 510 com detecção de movimento inteligente. O sistema é bom mas não é perfeito para distinguir pessoas de outros objectos em movimento. Usando o avanço rápido de 16x, posso digitalizar os êxitos de um dia em poucos minutos.
As câmaras têm uma resolução excepcional tanto de dia como de noite, muito superior à da câmara exterior. O ângulo de visão, cerca de 80 graus, funciona muito melhor para mim na prática, porque os objectos a meia distância parecem muito maiores e são mais fáceis de identificar.
A instalação foi simples. A aplicação para iPhone e iPad instala-se sem dificuldade e funciona bem. Não consegui que a aplicação para Mac portátil funcionasse correctamente.
Cordar os cabos Ethernet foi a única parte demorada. Utilizei Cabos cat6 de alta qualidade ao ar livre em vez dos cabos genéricos que vinham com o sistema. Os cabos fornecidos (sem etiquetas ou especificações) testaram bem, mas não tenho nenhum meio de saber quanto tempo durariam ao ar livre.
Tudo somado, um sistema ótimo a um bom preço.

Compared to PoE systems from other brands, this is the top set with the best detection at this price point. The installation is so easy that you put the plug in the corresponding socket and the system runs. The resolution of the camera is also good. I plan to purchase again!

I have replaced the previous generation with the new AI-empowered system. As of now, it works as advertised and AI detection has been pretty good. Most of the time it picks up human or car activities only but sometimes it still can be triggered by other events. This is acceptable to me since without AI, there would be more false alarms. The sensitivity setting needs to be changed to meet your particular use case, but overall, I am very satisfied with the system.

La qualité vidéo est excellente, très facile à installer et à configurer.
