We were on a recent trip when my Reolink app sent me a motion alert on my phone. Sometimes it is spiders or dust in front of the camera, but I check the notifications every time. This time it was A PERSON in the process of taking my property! I called my police department back home and they dispatched a unit and apprehended the person. I was able to download the video and email it to the police as well. I have used other camera systems in the past, but will never switch again. Reolink is the real deal and helped keep our home safe while I was several time zones away.

I've had this camera in use for 8 months and have had no problems with it. Setup was quick and easy, the Reolink UI is super friendly, and tons of options for all sorts of scenarios. Special shoutout to the spotlight on this camera, as well as the siren alarm, very cool features! The quality is great, PTZ is easy to use, tracking works great, the snapshots are crisp and clear, and it just works.

I bought 2x E1 outdoor Pros cameras for myself and about to order a solar powered model I have also bought 2x for my family in France and they are also very happy. I will gladly promote it to any friend who might also need a surveillance system.. Reolink offers great quality at reasonable prices!

Nice price for a low light cam. The Moonlight is bright enough for colour Vision.

Top Ausstattung, sehr zuverlässig und genau ohne ständiges generve wie Werbung oder Cloud. Und dazu eine APP die genau das macht was man einstellt, ich werde weitere Produkte von Reolink kaufen.

The E1 Outdoor Pro WiFi. This camera is situated 1 Meter from the ground to record small wild life creatures, eye to eye so to speak. Although the camera is small and discreet it is big in features giving excellent results in all conditions and the price is right.

This camera advertises great features, but the reality is back behind what it says it offers. I purchased 3 E1 Outdoor cameras.
Issues :
1 - The autofocus mostly will end up facing the wall and will not return back to original position after motion is detected, due this problem I had to turn off this feature in my front camera, removing this feature makes this camera like any other normal camera and not worth vs other brands.
2 - Night Vision goes off unexpectedly, from the 3 cameras I noticed one camera was recording all black on night after being working fine for days, I checked and the Night vision was set to Auto but was not triggering on night. I had to reboot the camera couple of times.
3 - Losses motion when passing by a post or static item, if the camera detects a person walking it will start following , but if the person pass by a Obstacle like a Post, Pillar, or a similar static Object camera will stop at that object and stop following the person, this is very bad, and will not return to original position.
4 - 1 out of 3 cameras losses Wifi very often and reboots itself, it can transmit live stream video but when i try to use the Tilt function to move it from my phone or from a Mac Computer it will freeze and reboot. I have contacted support and they cannot provide a replacement due low product stock.
5 - Two way Audio, this feature has a lot to improve, talking from a phone connected to the same Wifi of the camera, it has a big delay of around 2 seconds and there is a problem on the echo, it ended up not being useful until this big delay is improved and the echo fixed.
Pros:
I opted for Reolink because they offer the 360 recording option with the SD card and No forced monthly plans, plus you can connect to the NVR, and get notification on the phone, it also offers the two way audio, tilt, price is mostly similar to other brands.
Final Advice :
Reolink really need to improve the given points to make this camera outstanding and make it worth compared to other brands.

The camera and mount are made of plastic. The screw pattern of the mount does not match other cameras so expect to drill new holes if you are replacing an old camera. It does use the same wall adapter that the RLC511 uses. You need the app to turn on the auto tracking feature it's not available in the Windows client yet.
The camera has an annoying habit of not returning to it's starting point after an event. Many times it get confused and faces the wall. . . not very useful to watch the wall. Support has hinted that that issue will be addressed in near future firmware.
Several times it has lost video signal and needed to be rebooted, even though the RLC-511W that it replaced worked fine in the same spot. I am torn between turning off the light feature and leaving it on. It does illuminate the area a bit better, but the camera takes a couple of seconds to adjust to the change in lighting and it ends up with video that is not very good until it adjusts and seconds count on a video.
I have not had the fogging problem others have had, but I mounted it under an eave so it does not get direct rain.
I do like the price and auto tracking but Reolink really needs to fix the 'return to zero' after an event for me to buy another one. I like that it works with my NVR (RLN16-410). It would also be good if it had more than 5MP. I'm giving it 2 stars because of the return to zero issue.

Aufnahmen am Tag sind ganz gut, in der Nacht eher mäßig.
Das auto-tracking ist miserabel, da die Kamera zu langsam ist und nicht hinterherkommt.
Wer wirklich wert auf auto-tracking legt ist mit dieser Kamera schlecht bedient.
