No, the Reolink TrackMix does not require a subscription. You can use all core functions—live view, motion detection, AI tracking, recording, and playback—without paying any monthly fees. The camera is designed to store footage locally using a microSD card, Reolink NVR, or Home Hub, so you don’t need cloud storage to keep recordings.
