Still new to the Reolink world but a few months ago I picked up the RLN36 as I wanted a large amount of video storage. This worked well but updates were a bit slow and the system was a good bit behind the other NVRs. I've upgraded to the RP-PN16 last week and it's miles better in most areas. Thankfully, it supports up to 32TB and I think I can live without the extra 16TB… Also, my Elite Floodlights' features are fully supported by this device.

The one downside is that the fan is insanely loud. I ended up picking up a Noctua NF-A4x10 FLX (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009NQLT0M) which has really solved this issue. As the fan connector isn't compatible, I am currently testing using some Dupont male to female jumper wires before I cut the wires on the stock fan (MagLev HAA0101V4-1000C-A99) and wire that to the fan for a more permanent solution.

The AI video search on my 3 Elite Floodlights works okay but often I'll get results that differ from what I was looking for. Having said that, this is a new feature and provides far more than the person/animal/vehicle filters on the other cameras. Also, I think it's better to include more results even if they don't match 100%…

Finally, Home Assistant fully supports this device and it even provides support for setting color temperature on the camera lights which support this feature. This was an unexpected yet very welcome feature!
