After dealing with some theft of items in our little front yard I decided it was time to get a camera to deter further instances (so far it's worked wonderfully). There are a multitude of things that I love about this camera! Love the solar power option so that I don't have to worry about recharging the battery, love how clear the videos are even in the middle of the night, love that I can speak with people in real time through my phone when I'm not home, love that I don't have to have a subscription in order to access my camera's history, love the sense of security it makes me feel, love that you can set perimeters to eliminate certain areas and/or sizes of objects/animals or times it sends you notifications (honestly, there are a ton of options and it's been fun playing/learning). I spent weeks researching different cameras before deciding that this Reolink was the one that I wanted and I've been incredibly happy with my decision.

The telephoto lens has given a great image of the intruders in my yard and the tracking has ensured they could be identified and the alert meant I could call it in real quick. This has been awesome! Definitely recommend for piece of mind

I purchased one of these to supplement several Argus 4 Pro Solar panel cameras covering my yard. I like this camera for a full view of what is going on in the yard that I sometimes miss with the tracking cameras. These cameras have a full 180 degree view that activate quickly and have a great low light video capabilities.

Caméra acheté en promo il y a environ 1 mois.
Comme toujours, colis bien emballé et envoi très rapide.
Après 1 mois de test voici ce que j’en pense :
Points positifs :
- Mise en route, installation et paramétrage facile.
- La qualité vidéo est bonne, de jour comme de nuit.
- Le tracking est correct mais peu encore être amélioré.
Points négatifs :
- Le double objectif n’apporte rien de plus qu’une caméra standard
- Le très gros point noir est la portée qui est très courte, moins de 12 mètres. Portant, je possède une Box Orange fibre avec en plus un répéteur Wifi 6. Au delà de cette distance, impossible de se connecter à la caméra en direct, ni regarder les vidéos qui sont enregistrées.
La caméra est positionnée exactement au même endroit que mon ancienne Argus 3 pro, qui elle fonctionnait très bien à cette distance !
- La reconnaissance homme-voiture-animal n’est pas encore au point. Si vous passez devant la caméra avec un sac poubelle en main, la caméra prend ce sac pour un animal ! Beaucoup d’erreurs encore à ce niveau.
- Lorsqu’il pleut, la pluie s’évacue mal de la caméra et rend l’image trouble. J’ai dû confectionner une casquette de protection que j’ai fixé avec de l’adhésif sur le haut de la caméra pour protéger au minimum l’objectif.
- S’il y a beaucoup de détection, la batterie se vide vite. Cela pourra être un problème lorsqu’il n’y a pas beaucoup de soleil pour recharger la batterie. Sur 3 jours de mauvais temps, sans soleil, la batterie est tombée à moins de 35%, heureusement le soleil est revenu et a rechargé la batterie à 100%, en une journée tout de même.
En conclusion :
Cette caméra sera très bien une fois que tous les problèmes seront résolus. Pour l’instant le rapport qualité/prix est plutôt moyen. Actuellement en vente à 215,99€ Ce prix est trop élevé par rapport à tous les défauts de cette caméra.
En attente des futures mises à jour et améliorations...

Hallo , kann ich die Argus 4 Pro auch ohne Akku nutzen . Habe die heute bekommen und habe da doch Strom in der Nähe. Hatte ich übersehen . Die Kamera geht ja sonst nach einer bestimmten Zeit aus bzw schaltet den Stream aus . Bin gerade dabei eine Kamera nach der anderen gegen Imou aus zu wechseln. Habe jetzt schon 3 Kameras von Euch benötige aber sicher noch ein oder zwei . Gruß Franz-Josef Voß

I have 2 of these cameras.
*Daytime image - Very good
*Bright full moon night - Very nice in colour mode
*Dark moonless or cloudy night - Terrible / unusable picture (the pir still seems to detect well but)

The camera does not switch to black & white mode. But instead turns on a visible white light. This works well making the picture usable- but is annoying. The white lights can be disabled but then you're back to the unusable picture in very dark conditions.

Setup was easy, works well with solar panel.

I give it 2-3 stars in my country location, but would it would be much better suited to a city environment where there is lots of ambient lighting.

Very slow reaction on motion detect. Storing with the huge delay. Basically from the middle of the event. Not detecting vehicles properly either, probably due to delay as well. If you want to have it as a security camera choose something else. PoE cameras older models was working much much better. Plus consider no option for 24/7 surveillance store.

Compatta e di buona qualità, pannello solare di alimentazione da 6W, visione notturna a colori robusta e compatta, buona congiunzione delle due immagini con possibilità di regolazione dei parametri, meglio di altri modelli similari di altri brand, questi i pregi di questo modello, ma ci sono anche limiti : Non ha interfaccia web ed è visibile solo via App proprietaria oppure client specifico in windows. Spero sia collegabile ad un NVR ma non ho ancora provato. Non è collegabile via P2P e questo limita di molto la sua applicabilità nel mio caso. Lo streaming occupa 2.5Mbps e tutta questa qualità di immagini non è percepibile con un visore quale uno smartphone. La connessione via usb-C non usa un plug standard ma di ridotte dimensioni e collegandolo alla camera all'aperto la espone a infiltrazioni di acqua se non coperta. L'ho presa in sostituzione di una RLC1212A ottenuta dopo estenuanti mail al supporto tecnico e dopo circa 1 mese di tempi di consegna, certamente l'acquisto diretto da Reolink beneficia di qualche sconto ma il processo di delivery è estremamente complesso e lunghissimo rispetto ad altri reseller. Non chiederò un reso per via di questa gestione complessa ma non è un articolo che mi ha soddisfatto e dal costo non banale.
