Reolink and KEEN by Reolink (collectively, “Reolink”, “we” or "us") offer brand supporters ("Referrer" or "You") the opportunity to participate in its referral program (the "Program"). We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Program at any time, for any valid reason. The Program is administered by Reolink.
By participating in the Program, Referrers agree to use the Program in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy in their entirety, please neither generate your referral link nor share it anywhere.
We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We also reserve the right to disqualify any Referrers from participation in the Program at any time if we determined that you violated our Terms and Conditions or otherwise failed to comply with any applicable laws and regulations (including, but not limited to failure to include any disclosures as required by the FTC or otherwise required by Reolink).
Subject to the terms and conditions, the top Referrers with the most successful referrals win a prize from Reolink.

I. How the Program Works
1. To qualify for the Program, a Referrer must be at least 18 years old and must have a valid Reolink account. The sign-up email address must be real and verifiable. Reolink will send a notification email about whether you win a prize or not to the email address you provided.
2. To qualify for the Program, your referred friend must subscribe to KEEN for the first time by using your referral link and doesn’t unsubscribe before July 29, 2022. Only then will you be deemed to make a successful referral.
3. By participating in this Referral Program, you agree to receive emails from Reolink related to this Referral Program (even if you may have opted out of marketing emails from Reolink previously).
4. This referral program participation period will begin on June 5, 2022 4.:00 PM GMT, and conclude on July 29, 2022 4.:00 PM GMT. Reolink will announce the final winners via email on August 2, 2022.
5. Referrers have options to redeem the prize. If Award-winning Referrers want to redeem the prize, referrers will need to purchase at least one KEEN Ranger PT before July 29, 2022 4.:00 PM GMT.
6. The Referral Prize is set by Reolink in its sole discretion and is subject to change at any time. The top 1011 referrers who invite the most friends to subscribe to KEEN will receive grand prizes.
1). First Prize Winner (1st place) will get a $1,000 cash reward.
2). Second Prize Winners (2nd to 11th place) will get a KEEN Ranger PT.
3). Third Prize Winners (12th to 1011th place) will get a 32GB SD card.
7. To claim prizes, winners have to use email addresses the same as they registered Reolink accounts. Winners must hold a valid Reolink account at the time of claiming prizes.
8. Referrers who cancel their Reolink accounts are deemed to have automatically forfeited the prize. If you register a new Reolink account after canceling the original one, your successful referrals depend only on how many people subscribe to KEEN for the first time by using your new referral link.
9. The cash reward will be awarded to the first prize winner by way of PayPal transfer. The winner will bear the responsibility if he/she fails to provide a valid PayPal account within 1 month after we contact him/her. Or the winner can choose to redeem the first prize by asking Reolink for a US$1,000 equivalent coupon to purchase Reolink products on Reolink official website (reolink.com and its sub-sites). It is the winner rather than Reolink who bears the responsibility if the winner fails to redeem the prize because he/she neither provides a valid PayPal account nor asks Reolink for a coupon within 1 month after we contact him/her, or doesn’t reply us within 1 month after we contact him/her.
10. The accurate cash reward payment will be exchanged to the winner’s local currency with current exchange rates. Reolink is not responsible for any tax or tax consequences.
11. If you are a resident of the United States, and your cash reward is over $600, we may collect your Social Security Number (SSN) for tax reporting purposes.
12. If you are a resident of the European regions (Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Poland, Hungary, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, the Netherlands, Finland, Portugal, Sweden, Czech, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Malta, Austria, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Cyprus, Serbia), your cash reward may be subject to income tax depending on your local policy. In this case, Reolink reserves the right to collect your information for tax reporting purposes.
13. The second and third prizes will be awarded to winners by the way of coupon on Reolink official website (reolink.com and its sub-sites). It is the winner rather than Reolink who bears the responsibility if the winner doesn’t use the coupon during its validity and fails to redeem the prize. Once a second or third prize is redeemed and collected by winner, prize will not be reissued or exchanged in any circumstances.
14. Reolink reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Referral Program at any time for any reason. Reolink also reserves the right to not honor the outstanding offers, or any portion of them, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Reolink’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the offer or the program, as determined by Reolink in its sole discretion. Reolink reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take action against anyone it finds to be tampering with the operation of the offer or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion. Any who engages in any Prohibited Uses or otherwise violates these terms and conditions, may be inhibited from claiming any future offer, or from using Reolink’s services altogether, in Reolink’s sole discretion. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the offer may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Reolink reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
