The PoE doorbell supports two methods of installation. Use a single Ethernet cable for a stable network and continuous power, or power it with a power adapter or existing doorbell wiring, then connect it to the network with the Ethernet cable.
How to install the doorbell to the existing doorbell wiring
The PoE doorbell is compatible with multiple chimes, ranging from Reolink Chime, Alexa Echo show, and Google Assistant. Customize ringtones when using Reolink Chime to match your preferences.
Plug in the included Chime to an electrical outlet, or set Google Assistant & Alexa Echo Show as your chime, and when someone presses the Video Doorbell, the chime will sound to alert. At the same time, you can receive push notifications and even answer a visitor's call for a direct conversation, all effortlessly through the app.
D340P with built-in mics and a speaker supports two-way audio. Take your time greeting the visitor before hurrying to the door, deter the unwanted visitors with no delay, or live talk with the visiting friends when you're not at home.
3 quick replies add convenience, letting them speak for you when needed: "Hi, please leave the package at the door". You can also set customized responses for times when you're completely occupied.
