Forum Software Reolink Mobile App Trying to add camera to cloud account via app

    I am using the Reolink client app on my iPhone 6. I try to add the UID by typing it in and nothing happens. Instead it reports the camera as existing (I can see the live view screen of the camera). If I then go to the cloud part of the app to bind cameras it then reports that there are no cameras found and no valid settings detected. Am I missing something here?
