Forum Software Reolink Client Open Fail message. I cannot open any of my videos or cameras????

    I cant playback any of my videos and open the cameras. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt.



    Hello, please try to open the video using Fluent instead of Clear,  will you be able to playback the video?

    In addition, may I know if your camera is wirelessly connected to the router or via an Ethernet cable?
