<b>i have read everything and directions on Reolink website for updating firmware- downloaded firmware to Windows PC- see files that have downloaded (.pac file???). I am very technology challenge. Someone please help with a simple process to help an old guy that doesn't have a clue! Please! RLK8-410B4</b>

Firstly, please download the latest firmware for your IP cameras and NVR to your USB.
Secondly, please refer to FAQ How to upgrade IP Camera with a NVR , it should guide you through the upgrade.
