    How do I bind my cameras to my cloud? I have been through the support pages. It tells me
    Step 1: Upgrade cameras software.
    Step 2. Bind your camera to your plan and it will start uploading(default settings).
    THAT'S it! No instructions on HOW TO BIND the Camera.
    Please Help

    I'm having similar issues and I have followed all the steps in the diagrams. I have a Cloud Account, verified my email, chosen the Beta plan, and I still do not see my cameras in order to Bind them to my account. Any other solutions?

    Count me in with that problem. Bought five Argus 2. And I don't have ”Cloud” tab in Reolink App (Android).
    I created cloud account via browser and subscribed to Beta plan. But that's it. Maybe it's because i'm not in USA.

    I too have the same issue. I have 7 cameras total at 2 different locations. I have an account and have chosen a plan. I somehow have and have had 1 camera that shows in the cloud. I can't for the life of me find out how to bind the others. The instructions shown here do not correspond to the app. There is no section that offers to bind a camera. The support for these cameras is crap.

    Reolink only has Argus 2, Argus pro, Argus Eco and Go the four cameras supporting cloud. The other models won't show up in the list to bind to the cloud. The cloud service is only available in US/CA/AU/NZ the four countries, so the other countries won't see the cloud entrance in the Reolink App. We'll support other countries in the future. Thanks!

    i have argus 2, in NZ but still no cloud entrance in the Android App. IT is the current version of the app....

    Hi Messrs. Reolink, I have two ARGUS 2 solar powered,in SPAIN, and intend to buy some other ones if I first fit the problem of wifi coverage in garden areas of my house.I have tried to bind camera (just one,free plan) but no way,so that for ”other countries” this sevice is not available, what a pity!.I agree with other clients’ posts claiming for a better post unbox sevice from you,if you really want to grow up. Can you tell when the future you speak about will come? only request an estimation, 1 year,2 years, perhaps only a few months? Be sure that for customers,vandalism is one of our main conerns, thence a cloud storage is vital and I really do not understand this discrimination to use your cloud depending on where are you,in a global world linked by internet this is easy or not?

    Sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. Now we're working proactively to support more countries, including the European ones, in the future.
    In order to protect our users’ privacy, we still have a lot of work to do to compliant with the GDPR. Before the cloud service is available in your country, you may use SD cards to save recordings instead.

    I have the same problem. I am US customer, and have read and re-read the instructions on how to bind a camera to the cloud. Totally stumped. I have two ARGUS 2 cameras currently bound to cloud account, and now I am trying to add a third (ARGUS Pro). I have five ”slots” available in my cloud account. I have tried to bind the new camera from my Reolink Android app, from my Reolink account via PC computer, and via the PC Reolink Client application on my computer. I can find no ”cloud” option in the app, and therefore cannot follow the web instructions. I have done this twice before for my previous cameras, but that was months ago and I don't remember how I did it. The picture on the web page (https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008584054-Bind-Reolink-Cameras-to-the-Existing-Cloud-Account) does NOT match the actual Android app screens, which contain no ”cloud” or ”bind” or ”unbind” options or menu picks. Thanks in advance for any help.
