I'm trying to connect to my camera using the Android app via my own domain name, but it keeps failing to connect.

You can try to log in the camera using the UID， which is our recommended login method. If you still fail to connect this camera to the Reolink App, please list the specific issue and the model, then send an email to email@example.com. We will check it for you soon.
