Forum Software Clear mode not working full screen on PC (works on Mac)

    Using about 16 Reolink cameras (C10 pro, 410, 420, 423). All work in Clear mode in thumbnail view (4×4 grid). However, when going full screen an any of the cameras (either with play button or double clicking the thumbnail), clear doesn't work (white screen). Balanced works full screen. Note that on an iMac using the Reolink client, we are able to use Clear on full screen. The PC we are using is a super powerful image processing computer. Both the Mac and PC are side by side on the same network, wired ethernet to fiber with 280mbps download. Do you have any thoughts as to why Clear cannot be used only on the PC client full screen? Thanks.



    Hi Andy, it seems the PC's video card issue. Could you please only connect one camera to the PC and go to the full screen to check if it works?
