But don't worry — you will still have access to live view, playback, and other related features in Reolink View Service (Beta). These services will be available without any need for subscriptions or additional fees.
If you've made any purchases within the last 180 days through Reolink View Service (Beta), you'll automatically receive a full refund—no action needed on your part.
For those who made purchases over 180 days ago, we will need to manually handle your refund due to banking rules.
