Update: I installed the beta firmware on my RLC-411WS today and it fixed the connection and streaming issues just like the C1-Pro. And both cameras with the new firmware seem to also work fine with version 4.4.1 of the iPhone app (released a couple days ago).
Thanks again to Reolink for working until they had a fix.

Sorry if this is a silly question but i have download the firmware which is a .pac file. What do i use to extract it on a Mac as tried 3 programs so far and none will do it.

Hi, on instructions it states
After you downloaded the firmware from Reolink website, please use decompression software such as WinZIP or WinRAR to extract the firmware file to a folder;
hence why i have been trying to find software, anyway i tried to upgrade today as shown and now i can not log in to either of my cameras! what do i do now?
March 15, 2018 at 11:32 pm #103432Hi Andy,
After updating the firmware, I found it was best to delete the existing camera from the mobile app and add it again like it was a new camera.

RLC-422W x 2March 15, 2018 at 11:35 pm #103434After the success of the new firmware on the RLC-411WS and C1 Pro, I decided to buy a RLC-422W.
After updating the firmware on the RLC-422W it can also connect and stream using 4G/LTE.RLC-411WS x 1

March 19, 2018 at 12:06 pm #104528I just updated my firmware with the beta, and now my nvr reboots every hour or so, but on the other hand it seems that I can remotely connect to my cameras now

March 23, 2018 at 1:30 am #105577I was having remote connection problems too, upgraded nvr/camera firmware and after a little tinkering with a few settings everything is working great.
The UI is a little klunky and hard to get around in, but once you find your way and get past the bugs it seems to work,
I am new to security camera systems but not to computers and I am not afraid to admit that there was a rather steep learning curve to get everything working to my liking, ymmv...March 28, 2018 at 4:20 pm #107012When can we expect an official firmware to work with 3G/4G and the iOS App as well as with the desktop software?

The firmwares are ready. But we have to wait for the launch of Reolink Mac Client. Then we will official release the firmwares. You can contact us for the needed firmware please.March 28, 2018 at 7:46 pm #107046I tried the beta firmware and it allowed me to connect with 4g lte but it removed the playback button from my rlc-410s. I went back to the latest official firmware and got the playback button back but now I can't connect via 4g lte.

March 28, 2018 at 8:21 pm #107050I would try the upgrade again, I had to do it twice before it worked for me.
April 4, 2018 at 5:09 pm #108998Hi.
I have RLC-410.
I am not able to connect in the reolink app with the 3G / 4G mobile network.
My camera has firmware V2.0.0889_17083001.
Should I update with firmware of your site that is 1288_18020701 to solve my problem? -
