As mentioned in this AI Use Policy (“Policy”), "we" or "Reolink" means Reolink Innovation Limited and its affiliates and "you" means the individual or entity using our AI Service (“Service”). Our AI Service will process your information and provide you with convenient services. By using our service, you agree to be bound by this Policy

• 1. SERVICE

  (1) Our AI Service aims to provide a smart, intuitive, and efficient way for users to use Reolink’s products and service.

  (2) Please note that, in order to protect your privacy, you should not submit any personal or sensitive information for AI processing.

  (3) You understand that the response may not always be accurate, If the service does not resolve your issue, you may contact support.reolink.com for help.

• 2. CONTENT

  (1) You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licences, and permissions necessary to provide the Content to our Services.

  (2) You hereby grant to Reolink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right and license, in connection with your use of the Service, to reproduce, distribute, transmit, perform and display the Content you submit.

  (3) You acknowledge that we may use the Content to provide, maintain, develop, and improve our Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. If you do not want us to use your Content, the Service will be terminated in accordance with Clause 6.

• 3. OWNERSHIP

  (1) The content you submit will retain your ownership rights.

  (2) The response we provide shall belong to Reolink’s ownership rights. Without our prior written consent, you may not use our intellectual property including but not limited to any of our trademarks, trade names, trade dress, or copyrighted material, in any manner.

  (3) This Policy and your use of the Service do not grant you any licence to or right in such intellectual property.

• 4. PROHIBITION

  You are responsible for the Content you submit, ensuring that the Content does not include:

  (1)Any dangerous, illegal, or malicious content

  a. The content must not be involved in, facilitate, or promote any illegal activities or law violations.

  b. The content must not abuse, harm, or disrupt the services, nor enable others to engage in such actions.

  c. The content must not attempt to override or circumvent any safety filters, nor should it intentionally drive the model to act in contravention of our policies.

  d. The content must not generate material that may cause harm or promote the harm of any individual or group.

  (2)Any misleading, misrepresentative or misinformative content

  a. The content must not impersonate any individual, whether living or deceased, without clear and explicit disclosure, in an attempt to deceive.

  b. The content must not make misleading claims regarding expertise or capability, especially in sensitive areas such as health, finance, government services, or legal matters.

  c.The content must not be used to make automated decisions in areas that have significant implications for material or individual rights and well-being, including but not limited to finance, legal, employment, healthcare, housing, insurance, and social welfare.

  (3) Sexually explicit content, including content created for the purpose of pornography or sexual gratification (e.g. sexual chatbots). Please note that this does not include content created for scientific, educational, documentary, or artistic purposes.

  We expressly reserve the right to remove, refuse to accept, or prevent the use or transmission of any Content or material that, in our sole discretion, we deem to violate this Policy or applicable law.

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE AI-GENERATED CONTENT.YOU WARRANT YOU WILL NOT RELY ON THE RESPONSE WE PROVIDE AS A SOLE SOURCE OF TRUTH OR FACTUAL INFORMATION, OR AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE THAT REOLINK SHALL NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR INACCURACIES IN THE RESPONSE, AND REOLINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE, ARISING FROM THE USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON, THE AI RESPONSE.

  The Service may be terminated if:

  (2) Your content violates the terms set out in Clause 3

  (3) The Service is discontinued by Reolink

  (1) We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time and to take appropriate action against any unauthorised use or any use that does not comply with this Policy.

  (2) Our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, including any future changes, are incorporated by reference into this Policy.
