Information That We Collect

Taking part in the program means you expressly agree us to collect the data including:

1. Mobile Devices Information: such as app versions, countries or regions you selected in your devices, brand names, device types (mobile phones or tablets), device models, language settings and operation system versions.

2. User Interactions with Reolink App: such as total clicks of each feature, total clicks of pages, buttons, etc., duration of specific pages like the live viewing page, time lag between you tap on the app icon and see any contents in the app for first-time use, crash reports and error logs.

We use de-identification and aggregation techniques to ensure that the above collected data cannot be used to identify you personally, and we fully respect your privacy. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

How We Use the Collected Information

The collected data is only used to help us better understand the importance and priority of product features so as to optimize the management and improve user experience.

Join or Quit the Program

You are free to join or quit the program via Settings in Reolink App at any time as you wish. We will stop collecting and using your information when you choose to remove yourself from the program.
