2.OFFICIAL RULES
These are the official rules (the “Official Rules”) for the Giveaway. By entering this Giveaway, entrants agree that they shall be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Reolink relating to the Giveaway, which shall be final and binding on entrants.
3.ELIGIBILITY
(1)The Giveaway is only open to B2C (business-to-consumer) users in the US/CA/EU/UK who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction as of the date of entry.
(2)Officers, directors, members, and employees of Reolink or any other party associated with the development or administration of this Giveaway, and the immediate family (i.e., parents, children, siblings, spouse), and persons residing in the same household, as such individuals involved in the Giveaway, are not eligible to enter or win.
(3)This Giveaway is void where prohibited. Winner may be required to furnish proof of identity and age to receive a prize.
4.GIVEAWAY PERIOD
(1)The Giveaway begins on [September 22, 2026, at 12:00 AM local time] and ends on [October 5, 2026, at 11:59 PM local time] (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will be disqualified.
(2)Reolink reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway in its sole discretion with or without cause. Reolink’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.
5.HOW TO ENTER
(1)There is only one method of entry for this Giveaway. Eligible entrants may enter the Giveaway by visiting the official Reolink website, navigating to the dedicated Giveaway landing page, and following the related instructions to complete the email subscription during the Giveaway Period (the “Entry”). Incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid and excluded from the Giveaway.
(2)Each entrant will be allowed one (1) direct entry during the Giveaway Period.
(3)Automated entries, script-generated entries, or entries made by any robotic or automatic means are prohibited and will be disqualified.
6.PRIZES
(1)Prizes are listed below:

(2)Five (5) entrants will be randomly selected to win an OMVI 2i PoE on or about October 15.
(3)All coupons distributed during the Giveaway Period are valid until [November 15, 2026]. Other restrictions and guidelines for using the Coupon shall be subject to relevant rules published on Reolink’s official website (if applicable).
(4)Prizes are non‑transferable, non‑assignable, and no cash redemption or substitution is allowed except at Reolink’s sole discretion.
(5)The winners of this Giveaway are solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and government charges that result from his/her receipt and/or use of the product sample. Reolink reserves the right to withhold and deduct such taxes and charges from the product sample, and request necessary documentation if and to the extent required by law. Entrants agree to comply with all applicable import and export laws.
7.WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
(1)Winner selection will be conducted by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 15, 2026. Upon confirmation of eligibility as a winner, the corresponding coupon code will be sent to the email address provided by the winner during the subscription process.
(2)The winners list will be posted at https://reolink.com/lp/reolink-omvi2ipoe-giveaway-reward-winners/ after all prizes have been successfully claimed or otherwise forfeited.
8.PRIVACY POLICY
By entering this Giveaway, entrants expressly consent to Reolink’s collection, processing, and use of their personal information that they provide in connection with this Giveaway (including, but not limited to, confirmation of entrants’ eligibility, disclosure of email address (masked) on the winners list) under the terms of Reolink’s privacy policy, which can be accessed at https://reolink.com/privacy-policy/.
9.DISQUALIFICATION
Reolink reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Giveaway, who commits any fraud in relation to the Giveaway, or who violates these Official Rules.
10.DISCLAIMER AND LIMIT OF LIABILITY
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Padlet, Facebook, or Instagram. Reolink makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding any of the prizes or entrant’s participation in the Giveaway. Reolink reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the Giveaway or amend these terms and conditions.
11.LANGUAGES
These Official Rules may be made in multiple language versions. In the event of a dispute as to the terms of different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
12.GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Hong Kong, without giving effect to conflicts of law rules. All disputes, controversies, differences, or claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination thereof or any dispute regarding non-contractual obligations arising out of or relating to it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The number of arbitrators shall be three(3). The award of the arbitration shall be final and binding. The arbitration fees shall be borne by the losing party or parties.
