[Reolink Day] (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Reolink Innovation Limited, located at FLAT/RM 705, 7/F, FA YUEN COMMERCIAL BUILDING, 75-77 FA YUEN STREET, MONG KOK, KL, HongKong (the “Reolink” or “We”).
2.Official Rules
These are the official rules (the “Official Rules”) for the Giveaway. By entering this Giveaway, entrants agree that they shall be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Reolink relating to the Giveaway, which shall be final and binding on entrants.
3.Giveaway Schedule
The Giveaway will be held on the third Wednesday of each month, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM local time. In the event of any inconsistency between the time stated in the Official Rules and the time notified via email, the email notification time shall prevail. Reolink reserves the right to modify or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
4.Eligibility
The Giveaway is only open to B2C (business-to-consumer) users who subscribe to the Giveaway via the dedicated Giveaway landing page on the official Reolink website (the “Subscriber”).
5.How to Enter
(1)To be eligible for the Giveaway, entrants must visit the official Reolink website, navigate to the dedicated Giveaway landing page, and follow the related instructions to complete email subscription during the Giveaway Period. Incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent subscriptions will be deemed invalid and excluded from the Giveaway.
(2)Subscription for each monthly Giveaway is only valid for that specific month draw. Entrants can subscribe again for the next month’s Giveaway to enter the next round of drawing.
(3)Winners will be selected at random by Reolink from all eligible subscribers of the monthly Giveaway.
6.Prizes
(1)The number of winners and the specific prizes are subject to the official email notification for the corresponding monthly Giveaway.
(2)Each winner will receive a 100% off coupon to redeem for the designated prize on the Reolink official website.
(3)All coupons distributed during the Giveaway are valid for two (2) weeks. Other restrictions and guidelines for using the coupon shall be subject to relevant rules published on Reolink’s official website (if applicable).
All prizes are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or its equivalent. Winners are responsible for checking the specific product pages for any regional shipping restrictions.
7.Winners List
The winners list for each monthly Giveaway will be posted on the official Reolink website after the prizes for that month's Giveaway have been successfully claimed or otherwise forfeited.
8.Taxes (if applicable)
The winner of this Giveaway is solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and government charges that result from his/her receipt and/or use of the prize. Reolink reserves the right to withhold and deduct such taxes and charges from the prize, and request necessary documentation if and to the extent required by law. Entrants agrees to comply with all applicable import and export laws.
9.Personal Information
By entering this Giveaway, entrants expressly consent to Reolink's collection, processing and use of their personal information that they provide in connection with this Giveaway (including, but not limited to, disclosure of email address(masked) on the winners list) and under the terms of Reolink’s privacy policy, which can be accessed at https://reolink.com/privacy-policy/.
10.Disqualification
Reolink reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Giveaway, who commits any fraud in relation to the Giveaway, or who violates these Official Rules.
11.Disclaimer and Limit of Liability
Reolink makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding any of the prizes or entrant’s participation in the Giveaway. Reolink reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the giveaway or amend these terms and conditions.
12.Languages
These Official Rules may be made in multiple language versions. In the event of a dispute as to the terms of different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
13.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Hong Kong, without giving effect to conflicts of law rules. All disputes, controversy, difference or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination thereof or any dispute regarding non-contractual obligations arising out of or relating to it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The number of arbitrators shall be three(3). Award of the arbitration shall be final and binding. Arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing parties.
