The RLC-810A is a fixed-lens 4K bullet camera for detailed, general-purpose monitoring. The RLC-510A offers a lower 5MP resolution, while the RLC-820A provides similar 4K features in a more discreet dome-style housing. The RLC-811A adds 5× optical zoom, spotlight-enabled color night vision, and two-way audio.

The B800 is an add-on camera designed for use with compatible Reolink PoE NVR systems, while the RLC-810A is a standalone PoE IP camera that can operate independently.
Unlike the B800, the RLC-810A can be connected directly to a network, managed through the Reolink App and Client, and used with or without a compatible Reolink NVR.
As a result, the RLC-810A offers greater deployment flexibility, whereas the B800 is intended primarily as an NVR expansion camera.
To reset the RLC-810A, locate the reset button on the device's pigtail cable. While the RLC-810A is powered on, press and hold the reset button for about 10 seconds. Release the button, and the RLC-810A will automatically reboot with its factory default settings restored.
