Where Can I Find the Manual for the Reolink TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi Camera?

You can find the Reolink TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi manual on the Reolink Support website, or access the official Quick Start Guide directly here: TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi Manual.

Can I Adjust the Brightness of the TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi?

Yes. The TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi has a dimmable floodlight with brightness adjustable up to 3,000 lumens. You can adjust the brightness and color temperature in the Reolink App under Device Settings > Light > Floodlight to suit different lighting, security, and ambience needs.

Does TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi Support PoE or Ethernet?

No. TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi uses Wi-Fi for network connectivity and does not support PoE or Ethernet network connections. It supports Wi-Fi 6 for wireless connectivity and uses a wired power connection.

Does TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi Have Blind Spots?

TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi uses three PIR sensors for 270° out-of-view detection, helping reduce blind spots beyond the camera's current field of view. When the PIR sensors detect movement outside the visible area, the camera can turn toward the detected direction and track the person, vehicle, or animal. However, since the lens faces one direction at a time, areas outside its current view are detected rather than continuously recorded.

Where Should I Install TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi for the Best Tracking Performance?

Install TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi in an open location with a clear view of the area you want to monitor, such as a driveway, front yard, backyard, or entrance. Avoid placing walls, trees, pillars, or other large objects close to the camera, as they may obstruct detection or PTZ movement.
