Plug the chime into a power socket. Once plugged in, confirm that it is receiving power and ready for setup.

Long press the setting button on the side of the chime, then the chime will emit beep sounds, and the light will turn blue.

Go to the settings page of the doorbell, and select chime. Then, click the "+" icon and choose the chime you want to pair.

Does the chime work with my Reolink Doorbell?

The compatibility depends on the model of your Chime:
Reolink Chime (Standard): Supports Reolink Video Doorbell PoE/WiFi (V2 & V3) and Reolink Doorbell Battery.
Reolink Chime Plus: Offers broader compatibility, supporting all Reolink doorbells except for the Reolink Video Doorbell PoE/WiFi V1 models.
Tip: You can verify your doorbell version by checking the product model on the sticker located on the back or side of the device.

Can I adjust the volume of the chime?

Yes, you can adjust the volume by pressing its button. Initially the volume goes up when you're pressing the button. After the volume reaches the highest, it'll go down if you keep pressing the button.
Please note that the settings of the Chime can be done locally or via Reolink App or Client.

Does it support third-party products?

No, Reolink Chime cannot work with doorbells or chimes from other brands. Please contact our support team if you have any concerns about protocols.

Can I power the chime with a battery?

No, this chime doesn't have a built-in battery and can only be powered by plugging it into a socket.

How many chimes can be paired with a doorbell?

You can pair up to 5 chimes with a single doorbell, but the compatible models vary:
Reolink Chime (Standard): Up to 5 chimes can be connected to the Reolink Doorbell Battery or Reolink Video Doorbell PoE/WiFi (V2 or higher). A single chime can only be paired with one doorbell at a time.
Reolink Chime Plus: Up to 5 Chime Plus units can be connected to all Reolink doorbells, except the Video Doorbell PoE/WiFi V1 models. Besides, a Chime Plus can be paired with up to 5 doorbells.
