Are you refer to the multiple screen option at the bottom of the live view page? If you are, there are 16 modes to choose from. For more details, visit Using Multiple Viewing via Reolink Client (Windows).

Sorry that you can't change the individual cameras’ setting if you connect the cameras to the NVR. If you want to view and set the camera separately, you can connect them and the NVR to the same router. In LAN, it will record to NVR, view from NVR and you also can access and change the cameras’ setting directly via Reolink software.

Yes, you can. You can connect the NVR and your cameras to the same router. In LAN, you can access the cameras separately via Reolink software, you also can access them under Reolink NVR.
Yes, RLC-420 has three cables. The power cable, reset cable and network cable. You need to press the reset button for 10 seconds to reset the password. Please be careful to climb the scaffold. Sorry for any inconvenience caused to you.

Hello, Ken. The HDD blinking red in the front panel of the NVR means the HDD is saving the recordings.
If you want to view the cameras on the complete page, you can try to use the immersive preview mode. You may refer to How to Use the Immersive Preview Mode on Reolink App.
You could control the audio alarm, push notification, email notification and record at one time with the scene mode. Control of the IR light might be added to scene mode in the future.
