    At first, please restore the camera to factory settings for a check. And then, please confirm if the firmware of this camera is the latest version. If not, please upgrade the firmware to the latest one and check if the abnormal image still exists. If the problem goes on, please send an email to support@reolink.com. The support team will provide you a final solution. Thanks.
