    So what do Samsung tablets have that both of my other tablets are missing and keeps them from running the mobile app?
    I have an old (2012) Samsung Tab2 GT-P5113 running Android 4.2.2 that runs the app beautifully.
    But I have a basically new (2015) RCA Pro 10 Edition 2 tablet running Android 5.0 Lollipop that won't even install the app. Not from Google Play store nor from Reolink website.
    I also have a newer Nextbook NX008HD8G (2015) 8″ tablet running Android 4.1.1 that will not install the Reolink mobile app. as well. Both tablets give the error ”no qualifying devices found” or ”Your device isn't compatible with this version”
    Why won't Reolink let me download the Android mobile app with my desktop computer, put the app on an SD card, and try to install on my tablets that way? When I click on the app with a desktop PC the only option is to install, no option to just download the app and transfer it to a SD card.
    So SOL with these two tablets? I'd like to get a 7 or 8 inch tablet for demo and remote administration. Anybody running the mobile app successfully on a smaller tablet care to jot down the brand and model here? Thanks

    Thank You very much.

    I'm pretty sure there is a solution because I had the exact same problem with a system from another manufacturer. The Reolink system is far
    better and easier to install and use than their system even though they have wireless PTZ cameras. Again, thanks for any help in getting the mobile client to work.

    Hello,
    Both tablets have two cameras....one forward facing and one rear facing.

    Hmm.....seems like there should be an ”edit” button for adding or amending posts but just to add to the above post. I used the QR code from the CD that came with the RLK4 outfit and it just sent me to the Google Play store and I still get the same errors, "no qualifying devices found" or "Your device isn't compatible with this version".

    I received the app you sent and emailed it to the RCA tablet and it is up an running!
