RLC 410W cannot playback or download ”CLEAR” recordings, low resolution works. The connection seems to drop if I play back ”clear” recordings and I can only download first 6 seconds.
I'm using a SanDisk Ultra 32GB microSDXC Memory Card, up to 100MB/s, Class 10, U1. Same problem on windows PC and iPhone.

I've reformatted SD card, no change. Installed a netgear wifi range extender, no change.

My first step would be to upgrade the firmware to the latest release (354-19031112). On the ”Download Center” page, scroll down to 3/22/2019.

The firmware update seems to have fixed it. I downloaded from ”03/11/2019 Firmware for Reolink IP Cameras (IPC_51316M/IPC_51516M)” /
Firmware Version 354_19031112
Applicable hardware version IPC_51316M
