Forum Software Reolink Mobile App RLC-410-5MP no UID

    I bought 2 RLC-410-5MP that only appear to work in local lan and no connection when on cellular data (there is no UID tag on the camera's), when i try to enable UID in the app/browser/client, it is not there. On the pc in the discovery app the UID is blank, is there a firmware update to fix this?
