Sorry about that. Could you please send an email to email@example.com? We will help you improve the stream quality and check the delay issue. Thanks.September 10, 2019 at 12:11 pm #349999
Yes, Reolink cameras are Google Assistant approved. But currently, it only can be used in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. The Google supporting in European area will definitely be in our plan. You may subscribe our emails to get the news: https://reolink.campgn4.com/Subscribe-Us. Thanks.September 10, 2019 at 10:11 pm #350242
Please make this available for Asia as well.September 11, 2019 at 10:58 am #350640
Sorry about that. We will work day and night to make progress. Thank you for your patience.September 12, 2019 at 6:42 am #351177
I don't want to be critical of Reolink, but why would I want a security camera system that would allow Google or Amazon or anyone else to have information about the camera, location, video stream etc. Less integration with the big tech companies and more feature such as H.265, 8mp resolution, license plate capture etc., in a affordable price point. I know these features have been suggested for many years versus Google!September 12, 2019 at 3:38 pm #351364
Yes，some suggestions are reasonable. But the camera isn't born with the complete function, we need to improve it step by step. We are collecting suggestions from our customers, then our R&D team will keep an eye on them and will publish some important functions in priority. Thank you for your understanding.September 12, 2019 at 6:28 pm #351460
Oh please spare me the sarcasm the camera isn't born with the complete function, I don't appreciate your arrogant condescending tone of your response. If this job is too much for you maybe your talents would be better suited somewhere else. YOU, said over a year ago to another customer the h.265 will be coming out soon. Telling the truth seems to be a problem for Reolink.November 3, 2019 at 6:23 pm #382944
Well done on adding all of your cameras with Google assistant. Surprised there has been no announcement to say it is not just the argus line but now all cameras that support it. Well done on getting this doneNovember 5, 2019 at 6:04 am #383935
Chris211, I tried adding my NVR POE cameras last night and google couldn't see them. What did you do to add them? Presumably, add reolink account to google assistant then sign in to find cameras. Did you have to update NVR software?November 5, 2019 at 6:13 pm #384157
Hi! I have an issue when I process the payment in purchasing cloud storage for V380 IP Camera.
Please fix the error.November 5, 2019 at 7:16 pm #384190
I don't know if nvr are detected yet but Google assistant.my argus, turret and bullet cameras were detected by adding reolink to Google account. Then by signing into the reolink app and going to the cloud section. In there there is the Google option to add camerasNovember 6, 2019 at 7:17 pm #384845
The reolink NVR is not available to work with the google assistant yet, but i will forward your request to our development team whether we can add the NVR into google assistant in the future, thank you!November 8, 2019 at 5:32 am #385833
Seriously Reolink!!! Reolink why would you design it to work with indivdual cameras only but not the NVR. (going to take another 6 months to get it done) Reolink need to step up their game in the smart home side. At the very least we should be able to cast from the app to a TV (google has basic integration code for that).November 9, 2019 at 3:21 pm #386560
Our engineers are still trying to improve the Google Home compatibility for our cameras, your feedback is valuable for us, and we will try to keep improving to provide better user experience in the future. Thanks!
