All of a sudden my password no longer works.
I was just in the line with the Reolink help and after 20 minutes they come back and say they want $149.99 to fix my nvr and give me a new password. And update my software.
We only have a support centre, and we will not ask for money when we provide customer service. It is free. I am afraid you meet the fraud company.
