I have just set up a brand new C1 Pro camera using the Reolink's iOS app. I have then added the camera to Surveillance Station (latest version with ”Device Pack”) following these steps (i.e. using ONVIF profile).
I can use two-way audio from Reolink app but not from Surveillance Station: when selecting IP Camera, I have ”PTZ Control” but no ”Two Way Audio” (as in image attached).
What have I done wrong?
The two way audio function is not available to work on Surveillance Station, it can only work on reolink app and client, but we would forward your request to our development team to follow up whether we can make it available, thank you!
