Hello Reolinkers, we have released the latest firmware for the 4-channel, 8-channel and 16-channel NVRs. In this upgrade, we have improved their network connection and P2P connection and fixed some other bugs.

All I get is ”Failed to recognized file format” for the PAK file contained in the zip file.
I have tried web and USB upload, same results for RLN16-410 H3MB18

One thing I noticed in the current version, the software requires Flash Player!?
According to Adobe Flash Player is end of life Dec 31st 2020 – do you know if the current version of software still requires Flash Player?

Io ho avuto lo stesso problema come posso risolverlo perche l'ho scaricato 100 volte ma come provo ad istallarlo mi da l'errore, potreste aiutarmi grazie

Check your hardware version. Reolink told me its a hardware version compatibility. I have the ”H3MB18″ which is not compatible. I am told they are working on a release for H3MB18, which I am told is in testing, but no date on availability 🙁

la versione del mio NVR e v2.o.o.268_20042502,ma il file che scarico sul sito reolink e un file zip, come provo a inserirlo mi da l'errore file. Ho provato anche a smontarlo per estrarre tutti i dati ma non e servito a nulla non so davvero come fare

What hardware version do you have? If its H3MB18 version v2.0.0.268_20042502 is the latest available. 09/28/2020 Firmware is for H3MB02/H3MB06, and does not work with H3MB18. To do an upgrade, you must extract the PAK file from the ZIP file before you try and upgrade the NVR.

intendevo solo l'inizio del cavo perchè nel pacchetto mi sono usciti gli innesti per poterlo ricomporlo una volta tagliato.
