    First of all, let me say that I bought your RLC-423 camera, and I love it. The quality of this product is amazing. Unfortunately, I can't say the same of your "Client" SW.

    The first issue that I have is that the Client is unresponsive and generates an error message ”Reolink Clien.exe is not responding”... I have to close and restart the client in order to make it work again...

    In the ”Device Settings” window I cannot adjust or modify many parameters, like:
    ”ODS” everything is grayed-out; I can't edit any fields…
    ”Encode” everything is gray-out, I can't edit any fields…
    "Network General" all the fields that I have filled out on initial set-up are all empty. It no longer shows any info.
    The "Network Advanced" page shows all -0-
    The "Network Status" page show nothing… No info… Blank…
    The "Alarm Motion" page is grayed-out; I can't click or edit any fields

    The "Presets" disappears:
    Even if I set presets, they disappear. Furthermore, I cannot edit the preset point name...

    I've tried to find how to set the "Auto record" either on motion or schedule but was unable to make it work…

    Constructive comments; you should show a "graph bar" of where the Zoom, Focus and Iris is at in a scale of x, for ease of use. (Like under "Basic Settings" "Image")

    BTW; I have updated the firmware on that camera and it is amazing how easy it is compared to other camera mfgs…

    Could you reboot the camera to have a try? It seems that it is the network problem. And pls make sure the network connection is stable with the camera.

    I have access to a live view of the Camera via the client, so I assume the connection to the network is good... But even after multiple reboot either via the app or just by physically unplugging and replugging the camera, I still can't access any of the above mentioned fields...

    Please let me know if there is anything else that can be done...
