The latest version is causing the RTSP server to stop. This is causing the WIFI connection to drop and will not reconnect. I've been in touch with your abysmal support department and I've yet to receive any constructive support, other than to connect the cameras directly to Ethernet – which completely defeats the purpose of my purchase.
Therefore, I need to revert back to the PREVIOUS version of the firmware in order to get stability back to my system.
How do I DOWNGRADE or revert to the PREVIOUS firmware?

And they will send you the previous version firmware is needed.
