I get an error alert from NVR when ever a motion is triggered from the C1-Pro camera. I reset the alarm via the NVR monitor and it goes away. Then later when the motion sensor is activated I get the audible alarm which is normal along with a Error alert notice on the monitor screen. I don't know if this is a normal thing or some parameter is not set correctly.
Hi there, you can disable the motion alarm if you don't wanna receive it, please go to Menu >> Alarm >> Motion >> Action, and uncheck buzzer for the selected cameras (channels).
