Forum › Security Cameras › Wi-Fi Cameras › E1 Moving left-right-up-down on startup

Hi,
since I updated the new firmware the camera (E1) moves left-right-up-down on every startup (the cam is on a wifi plug so I can unplug via Wifi if I do not need the camera).
In previous firmware this has never happened.
No one having this issue as well?
After you upgrade the camera, it will move left-right-up-down when it reboots every time. It is a self-checking process.
This issue has ruined my entire life! Well, almost... 😉
Is there a way to stop the E1 and E1 Pro from doing this movement at start-up? I have 14 cameras which I only want turned on for a few hours on a few days each week. Since the upgrade I have to manually re-position all 14 cameras multiple times a week, and/or adjust the privacy mask because the cameras never come back to the same place. As well the saved presets aren't consistent or accurate.
There was no mention of this new ”feature” in the firmware release notes which I always read first, or I never would have updated.
Please fix this fast, or please advise how I could revert to the previous firmware?
Seriously, I'm ready to ditch the whole system and find another supplier unless I can solve this quickly.
Thank you.
In this case, could you please send us an email to support@reolink.com and let our support team know which firmware you need and they help you with that.
Thank you Cynthia, I will do that.
