    Yes, it's a must. After the upgrade is done, you should have no problem no more.

    After updating the firmware and reinstalling the camera in the app, the problem remains.
    I also reinstalled the app on my phone (android 6.0.1)

    When will there be an update for Mac software so i can view my camera's. currently works sometimes or about a minute then kicks out

    Is the beta still available? I'm having trouble connecting my iOS app over LTE/3G/4G. I've updated the firmware on my NVR, updated my iOS app, and have logged tickets with Reolink but no real solution.
