    Hello,
    I have a NVR RLN8-410 that shows FW Version v2.0.0.86_19031408101.
    The latest FW Version I can find on the Reolink site is called RLN8-410_180306 and contains HI3535_NVR_8IP_REOLINK_L300_0306_4468_1572.6MP.pak

    Since the names have no similar names for comparison of the versions, can someone tell me what version is the newer one ?

    Hello, could you please provide a screenshot of the system information as the following picture?
    Please also provide the first four characters of the NVR UID on the advanced settings . Does it 9527 or XCPT?

    Build No. 1903141 GA 3.1
    HW No. H3MB16
    Cfg version v2.0.0.0
    FW Version v2.0.0.86_19031408101
    Detail NVR65088104001000200000

    NVR UID starts with 9527

    This is the latest one for the RLN8-410-E with NVR UID starts with 9527.

    Hi,

    I tried to upgrade my system (9527 and H3MB17), 8-410 and perhaps due to downloading incorrect file somehow or clicking incorrect link, the NVA identifies now as 4-camera system. All the port lights are now out and LAN will light up but will not configure (DHCP will be incorrect and static IP is not reachable)

    Unable to revert back or change the firmware to anything else, it gives out ”failed to load file” from update via USB although it sees the file. So effectively you can brick your device extremely easily with firmware files. I am waiting for instructions from support.
