Can anyone tell me why the clear stream isn't available in the Windows client? I have installed this client on countless installs and it's always the same problem – clear stream isn't available to select in the windows client.
I install these cameras for clients (as well as at my home) and I always end up installing a 3rd party solution. I use the Synology VS360HD as a viewer instead of the Reolink client along with Synology Surveillance Station to manage my recordings. I would love to use only the Reolink client, but the poor image quality in the Windows client prevents me from doing so.
Does anyone know how I can get my streams in the client to use the clear stream?
