    Intermittent connection when not in the same wifi.

    Reolink I've been talking to you about my 3 argus 2 camera that really really battle to view live stream.

    My internet speed connection are very very good on both ends.

    I love your camera but please please fix this problem.

    Sometimes it does connect but it takes almost 1 min

    Hi, could you please provide your camera's UID and take a screenshot of the system satus to the support team to check? Refer to Check System Status via Reolink App and contact support.

    Any updates on this issue? I too have difficult live streaming when I am away from home. I can't stream via WiFi or Cell (4G). It usually takes me 20-30 tries to connect to the live stream. Useless when I receive a motion alert, but can't see what is happening.
