New to REOLINK with the purchase of Argus2 X2
I'm using a Galaxy S7 Android V 8.0.0 with the Reolink App. Could not connect to the cameras when setting up the REOLINK account (tried about 10xs reseting the camera each time, felt like some kind of idiot because it wouldn't connect)!!!
Pulled out my iPad and set up and connecting to cameras was a breeze same with the Mac Reolink Client.
The Android App tells me I have two cameras but won't connect to them, I can even be close enough to touch the camera and still will not connect on either camera. Remove and installed the app too many times with no joy!!!! Shutting down Apple platforms to use Android only makes no difference!!
What do I need to do to get it working? This is important because I use the phone when traveling!!
On the apple platforms I don't see the option to set up motion zones (no card installed yet-issue with Best Buy but that's another story)!!!
